Delicate and crumbly cookies "Alfahores" with coconut flakes and nuts are a favorite traditional delicacy of Argentine sweet tooths!
It is necessary
- - 320 ml of premium flour;
- - 600 ml of starch;
- - 3 yolks;
- - 200 g butter;
- - 180 ml of sugar;
- - vanillin - on the tip of a knife;
- - 2 tsp baking powder;
- - 4 tablespoons favorite alcohol (I recommend rum).
- - 380-400 g of boiled condensed milk;
- - 200 g of your favorite nuts;
- - coconut flakes for decoration.
Instructions
Step 1
Remove the oil from the refrigerator in advance so that it becomes soft. Beat it in a mixer with sugar, vanilla, alcohol and yolks (add the latter one at a time).
Step 2
Add flour sifted with baking powder and knead the plastic, smooth dough. Roll it into a layer about 5 mm thick and cut out the same cookies using a glass.
Step 3
Bake for 25 minutes at 150 degrees in a preheated oven. Our biscuits only need to acquire a creamy hue! Cool it down. And while it cools down, grind the nuts into crumbs.
Step 4
We coat two cookies with condensed milk. We coat the sides with it and roll in chopped nuts and coconut. Better to let it stand for a while before serving: the next day it tastes even better! Enjoy your tea!
