Pumpkin is an incredibly useful product for the human body. The huge amount of vitamins and trace elements contained in it, the endless number of dishes that can be prepared from pumpkin, could make it a favorite on any table. However, now it is undeservedly forgotten. Try this dish using this vegetable - pork in pumpkin sauce.
It is necessary
- - 300 g of pork pulp;
- - 1 zucchini;
- - 2 tomatoes;
- - 100 g pumpkin;
- - mashed potatoes;
- - 100 ml of cream;
- - 50 g of cheese;
- - 2 tbsp. spoons of soy sauce;
- - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil;
- - spices.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the pork thoroughly and rub it with spices, oil and soy sauce. Wrap the pork in foil.
Step 2
Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Pork should be baked for half an hour at this temperature. Once the dish is ready, remove it from the oven.
Step 3
Cut the finished pork into slices about 1 cm thick.
Step 4
Wash the zucchini and cut it into slices too. Drizzle with soy sauce and sauté on each side.
Step 5
The tomatoes must be washed and cut into slices too.
Step 6
Let's start cooking pumpkin. Peel it off and boil until tender. Add cream and whisk the whole mixture. Bring it to a boil and cook for about 5 minutes.
Step 7
Let cool the resulting pumpkin puree. Then grate the cheese using a fine grater and combine the pumpkin puree with the grated cheese.
Step 8
Add the mashed potatoes from the pastry syringe to the dish in such a way that you get a triangle. In the middle of this triangle, pour the pumpkin sauce, on which place the slices of meat, zucchini and tomato vertically in a row.
