You will surely love this cupcake if you don’t like sugary pastries. Serve it in the best traditions of Polish housewives: with chilled sour cream and sugar or sour homemade jam!
It is necessary
- - 480 g flour;
- - 12 g baking powder;
- - 350 g of sugar;
- - a bag of vanilla sugar;
- - 240 g butter;
- - 85 ml of vegetable oil;
- - 6 tbsp. water;
- - 6 proteins;
- - 6 yolks;
- - 90 g of cocoa powder;
- - 240 g of prunes;
- - 2 tbsp. rum;
- - oil for lubricating the mold;
- - crackers for sprinkling the mold.
Instructions
Step 1
The prunes should first be poured with alcohol and left overnight.
Step 2
Put butter in a saucepan, add vegetable oil and sugar and put on fire. Wait until the mass boils, constantly stirring, so that it is smooth. Set aside from the stove to cool slightly, then add the yolks and sift the cocoa. Stir again.
Step 3
Sift flour with baking powder and vanilla sugar. Stir into the oil mass so that there are no lumps.
Step 4
Beat the whites with a mixer in a strong foam and gently, in several stages, kneading with a spatula, combine with the rest of the mass.
Step 5
Preheat the oven to 170 degrees. Grease the form with oil and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Put the dough in a mold, and on it - soaked prunes. Put in the oven for about an hour.
