Pork kebab with tomatoes

For 4 servings you will need:

- 500 g pork fillet;

- 1 yellow bell pepper;

- 8 cherry tomatoes;

- 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil;

- 0.5 teaspoons of ground paprika;

- salt and pepper.

Wash the pork, pat dry with a paper towel and cut into cubes. Peel the bell peppers and cut the flesh into chunks. Moisten wooden skewers with water and string cherry tomato on them, then alternately pieces of pork and pepper.

Prepare the marinade. To do this, mix vegetable oil (preferably olive oil) with paprika. Lubricate kebabs with this mixture on all sides and put in the refrigerator for 2 hours. Before cooking, brush them with paprika oil again, season with salt and pepper to taste. Saute over medium heat until the meat is golden brown.

Turkey skewers with caramel

Take:

- 600 g turkey fillet;

- 100 g onions;

- 100 g cherry tomatoes;

- salt;

- ground black pepper;

- 2 cloves of garlic;

- 3 tablespoons of caramel sauce;

- 1 red chili;

- 4 tablespoons of vegetable oil.

Rinse the turkey fillet and pat dry with a paper towel. Cut it into long, thin strips. Peel the onion and cut into slices.

Moisten wooden skewers with water and string the strips of turkey on them with an accordion, alternating with cherry tomatoes and slices of onions. Salt and pepper the kebabs on all sides.

Prepare the sauce. Peel the garlic and pass it through a press. Wash the chili peppers, remove the seeds and chop finely. Then mix it with garlic, add vegetable oil and caramel sauce. If you are unable to get it, replace with melted brown sugar.

Heat a spoonful of vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the kebabs in it for 3 minutes on each side. Then brush them with savory sauce and fry again for 1-2 minutes on each side.
