To pamper your homemade with something delicious and very unusual, you can bake apple pies, but not simple ones, but on sticks. Everyone will be delighted with this delicacy.
It is necessary
- For the test:
- - 350 gr. flour;
- - a pinch of salt;
- - 5 tablespoons of sugar;
- - 230 gr. butter;
- - from 60 to 120 ml of ice water.
- For filling:
- - 120 ml of thick jam;
- - ground cinnamon to taste.
- - 3-4 apples.
- - icing sugar (optional).
- To grease the dough:
- - yolk and a spoonful of milk;

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 175C. Mix all the dry ingredients and add the pieces of butter. Using a mixer, grind all the ingredients into crumbs.

We continue to knead the dough, gradually pouring in water. The dough should be elastic, but not runny. Cover the finished dough and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

At this time, we are preparing the filling. Peel the apples and cut them into very small pieces. Mix them with cinnamon, add a little powdered sugar if desired.

Roll out the dough 3-5 mm thick.
