  • - a spoonful of lemon juice;
  • - a teaspoon of ground cinnamon;
  • - a pinch of salt;
  • - 30 gr. butter (about 2 tablespoons);
  • - 15 gr. cornstarch (a tablespoon and a teaspoon);
  • - some vegetable oil.

Instructions

Step 1

Put flour, salt and sugar in a mixer bowl, mix and add pieces of butter. Pour in a little water and mix the ingredients with a spoon so that dust does not rise from beating with a mixer. We begin to knead the dough, gradually pouring in water. The dough should be neither too firm nor too runny.

Cover the finished dough with foil and put it in the refrigerator for an hour.

At this time, we are preparing the filling. Cut the apples into small pieces and mix in a bowl with sugar, lemon juice, cinnamon, starch and a pinch of salt.
