- - 2 teaspoons of corn flour;
- - half a teaspoon of vanilla extract;
- - a teaspoon of white wine vinegar.

- - 180 ml whipping cream;
- - 2 heaped spoons of sour cream;
- - 100 gr. jam;
- - icing sugar to taste
- For decoration:

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 175C and cover 2 baking sheets with baking paper.
Step 2
Beat the whites with a pinch of salt until firm foam, gradually add sugar and continue to beat the cream. Finally add corn flour, vanilla extract and vinegar, beat again.
Step 3
We spread the cream on baking trays so that each one has 6 pieces with a diameter of about 10 cm. Using a spoon, make small indentations in the center, so that later put the filling in them.
Step 4
We put the trays with meringues in the oven and reduce the temperature to 150C. We bake the meringue for 25 minutes. In the middle of the process, you need to swap the baking sheets. Turn off the oven and leave the meringue inside for 35 minutes.
Step 5
At this time, we prepare the filling and cream. For fruits, you can use peaches and 2 types of grapes. For the cream, whip the cream with any cream, sour cream and powdered sugar.
Step 6
We spread the cream on the meringue, add pieces of fruit, a little jam and decorate with mint sprigs. Sprinkle a little with powdered sugar if desired. A gorgeous dessert is ready!
