The pies will appeal to all cheese lovers. The dish is prepared quickly and easily. The taste of the pies, thanks to the honey sauce, is interesting and unusual. The indicated amount of ingredients is enough for 6-8 servings.
It is necessary
- - flour - 250 g;
- - egg - 1 pc.;
- - sour cream 15% - 3 tbsp. l.;
- - salt - 0.5 tsp;
- - butter - 50 g;
- - hard cheese - 200 g;
- - vegetable oil - 400 ml;
- - honey - 6 tbsp. l.;
- - lemon - 1 pc.
Instructions
Step 1
Dough preparation. Sift the flour. Grind the softened butter with flour, add the egg, sour cream and salt. Knead hard dough. Wrap the finished dough with cling film and put in the refrigerator for 30-40 minutes.
Step 2
Cooking the filling. Remove the zest from the lemon. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Combine zest and cheese. Stir. The filling is ready.
Step 3
Roll out the dough in a thin layer (about 5 mm), cut out circles with a diameter of 10 cm with a shape. Place a little filling on each circle, roll in the shape of a crescent and press the edges tightly.
Step 4
Heat the vegetable oil and bring to a boil. Fry the patties in oil until golden brown. Put the finished pie on a paper napkin so that the excess fat is absorbed.
Step 5
Cooking the sauce. Heat the honey in a water bath to a liquid state, add the juice of one lemon, mix. The sauce is ready.
Step 6
