There are many technologies for preparing multi-colored rolls, we offer one of them. Prepare Arabesque rolls or maki sushi for a party or a festive feast - this is a great alternative to traditional snacks on Russian tables.

It is necessary

  • - 300 g of sushi rice;
  • - nori sheets;
  • - flying fish roe of different colors to taste;
  • - vinegar.

Instructions

Step 1

Boil rice until cooked - it should not turn out crumbly, but you should not cook porridge at all. Season it with vinegar with added sugar and salt, mix thoroughly. Divide the boiled rice into three equal portions.

Step 2

Take black, red, and green flying fish roe (you can find them at sushi stores). Mix each piece of rice with one color of caviar - you will get three colored rice piles, from which we will later mold "Arabesque" rolls with the help of nori.

Step 3

Spread a nori sheet on a bamboo rug, step back a couple of centimeters from the edge, and line the colored rice on top of it. Place another nori sheet on top and press it into the aisles of the rice with the sticks. You can put any filling of your choice in the formed grooves.

Step 4

Now carefully fold everything so that each row of rice overlaps the next row, and not in the aisle. It just sounds incomprehensible, in fact, in the process everything is quite simple - everyone can handle it.

Step 5

Moisten the ends of the nori with water, you will end up with a "round" roll. Cut it into equal pieces and serve. Rolls "Arabesque" or maki sushi turn out to be very beautiful - a great snack. You can serve pickled ginger, wasabi and soy sauce with it.
