Cheese maki rolls will certainly appeal to all cheese lovers, because they include three varieties of this wonderful creamy product at once. The classic recipe for cheese maki rolls is made only from expensive types of cheese, but ordinary cheese, which can be bought in any supermarket, is quite suitable for making them at home.
It is necessary
- - 1 glass of sushi rice;
- - 1 sheet of nori seaweed;
- - 30 g of Buko cheese;
- - 30 g of processed cheese of any kind;
- - 50 g of any kind of hard cheese;
- - 30 g smoked salmon fillet (optional).
Instructions
Step 1
A bamboo mat for rolling the rolls must be wrapped with cling film and put on it a sheet of nori seaweed, then put a layer of boiled Japanese rice on it. Cheese rolls are prepared using the technology with rice facing out, so the algae leaf must be turned over.
Step 2
On the nori seaweed, place the processed cheese diced and the Buko cream cheese layer. Put thin strips of smoked salmon fillet on top of the cheese. If you don't like fish rolls, you can skip this step.
Step 3
Use bamboo makis to roll the cheese roll into a roll. Grate hard cheese on a medium grater and roll in it.
Step 4
Cut the finished roll into several equal parts. Before serving, garnish the cheese maki rolls with tomato slices and the remaining grated cheese.
