Step 1
Chicken fillet is cut into small pieces. Green onions are washed in water. Eggs are hard-boiled, then peeled and cut lengthwise into two parts. Pepper is washed, peeled from seeds and cut into rings.
Step 2
Take out the yolks, knead them and mix with mayonnaise, mustard and green onions, then add salt and spices.
Step 3
Fill the prepared mass with halves of egg whites. Spread the resulting baskets on a flat serving dish and decorate with meat cubes and pepper rings.
Step 4
Grated horseradish is lightly sprinkled with lemon juice and mixed with mayonnaise. Then add granulated sugar, sour cream and mix again. You can decorate the dish with the resulting sauce or serve it in a separate container.
