  • - 60 g of sugar;
  • - 50 ml of water;
  • - 4 large eggs;
  • - vanillin on the tip of a knife;
  • - 100 ml of concentrated milk.

Instructions

Step 1

We start by preparing the syrup: in a small saucepan, mix sugar and water, put on high heat, wait for the mixture to boil, remove from heat and cool.

Step 2

Pass the eggs through a sieve, first into a separate bowl, and then pour into the cooled sugar mixture. Mix thoroughly with a whisk. Pour concentrated milk into the eggs with sugar (note, not condensed!), Add vanillin and mix everything thoroughly with a mixer until a homogeneous consistency.

Step 3

Defrost the finished puff pastry and roll it out. You should not roll out the dough in different directions: this will break the layers! Also, do not try to make the layer as thin as possible.

Step 4

Cut out circles from the dough with which we will line the molds. Carefully lay out the blanks so that a little dough remains outside the mold.

Step 5

We heat the oven to a temperature of 200 degrees. We spread the egg mixture on the dough and send it to the oven for about 20 minutes. The baskets are ready when the filling has risen and browned!
