Green and red borscht have almost nothing in common. The first is more often called green cabbage soup. It got its name from the ingredient - sorrel. Green borscht is very tasty and healthy, especially in spring. There are a lot of recipes for cooking borscht.
It is necessary
- - chicken thighs 2-4 pcs.

Instructions
Step 1
Rinse chicken thighs well and cover with water. Salt, add bay leaves, allspice, cloves and cook the broth for 20 - 25 minutes. Remember to collect the foam. You can steam chicken thighs in a slow cooker.
Step 2
Peel and dice the potatoes. Once the broth is ready, send the potatoes to the pot. Beat 4 - 5 eggs in a container and slowly add to the broth, stirring it with a spoon. Then chop the sorrel and add. Boil for 5-7 minutes and remove from heat.
Step 3
Now prepare the roast. Fry the onions and carrots in a frying pan, add a tablespoon of tomato paste and fry for another 2 minutes. Combine the frying with the borscht and put it back on the stove. Chop the greens and sprinkle on the borscht. Boil for 5 minutes.
