Squids prepared according to this recipe are very tender and melt in the mouth. Be careful not to overexpose them on the stove or the meat will be tough. The taste of squid is favorably complemented by sour cream.
It is necessary
- - salt - to taste;
- - sour cream - 1 glass;
- - flour - 1 tablespoon;
- - ground pepper;
- - paprika;
- - greens to taste;
- - boiled squid fillet - 500 g.
Instructions
Step 1
Remove the plates, entrails, cartilage from the squid. You can boil them slightly and then throw them into cold water, then all films, skins and plates will practically peel off by themselves. Boil in boiling water for a minute.
Step 2
It is absolutely not necessary to cook squid for more than five minutes, otherwise the meat will be tough. Subsequent heat treatment will not affect the tenderness of the meat in any way.
Step 3
Cut the slightly chilled squid meat into strips, then place in a deep skillet or saucepan. Pour in sour cream, lightly salt, simmer the dish over low heat for three minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 4
Add paprika, ground pepper, pre-chopped greens to the dish. Stir everything well. Add a little flour to the sour cream to the squid, mix again. Serve squid in a simple way in sour cream along with vegetables, rice or boiled potatoes.
