Chicken cutlets with zucchini

This dish is truly a storehouse of nutrients, especially for those who care about their weight at any age. Zucchini is a completely plant-based product that will not build up on the sides.

Chicken is rich in proteins, linoleic acid, folic acid, phosphorus, magnesium, sodium, potassium, calcium, zinc, selenium, copper and other useful elements, vitamins A, B1 and B2, vitamin niacin, which regulates cholesterol in the body, vitamin B6, thiamine, riboflavin, cyanocobalamin, glutamine.

Glutamine has a beneficial strengthening effect on the nervous system, improves immunity, strengthens and tones the body.

Chicken meat is used even in the treatment of such common diseases as gout, stomach ulcers, diabetes, in the prevention of atherosclerosis, hypertension and stroke, since it has a beneficial effect on the walls of the vessels of the heart and the heart muscle.

To cook cutlets, you need:

- minced chicken, 500 grams;

- ripe zucchini, 500 grams;

- raw eggs, 2 pieces;

- dill, onion, parsley, 50 grams;

- semolina, flour or crackers, 2 tbsp. spoons;

- salt and pepper.

Cooking sequence

First, grate the zucchini, preferably on a coarse grater. Wash the greens, carefully pour into a blender and chop. Pour eggs into the prepared minced chicken, add greens and zucchini, pepper and salt to taste. You can add some more spices of your choice.

There is such a wonderful spice - turmeric. A small pinch of this bright yellow seasoning, added to the flour when roasted, gives a delicate, even golden color to the dish and a light ginger flavor.

Mix everything thoroughly, if necessary, you will need to add flour, crackers or semolina, because the zucchini will exude juice, and the consistency may turn out to be watery.

Dip your hands in water, mold the cutlets. Heat a frying pan and carefully place the cutlets in boiling vegetable oil. Fry over low heat until a thin, tender golden brown crust. Minced chicken cutlets are ready. They can be served with mashed potatoes or boiled rice. The cutlets are surprisingly soft, juicy, so they can be eaten even cold, seasoned with some kind of sauce. And with a hot side dish, this dish will definitely not leave anyone indifferent!
