    • - 2 chicken breasts;
    • - 150 g of prunes;
    • - 1 onion;
    • - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of flour;
    • - vegetable oil;

Instructions

Step 1

Chicken breasts stewed in sour cream sauce.

Rinse the chicken breasts and cut into equal portions. Place the chicken fillet in a skillet with heated vegetable oil.

Step 2

Season with salt and pepper. Sear the chicken breasts for 5 minutes. Cut the onion into large cubes. Add onions to chicken and reduce heat to medium. Simmer the chicken and onions for another 5 minutes. During this time, the onion will become transparent and give its flavor to the chicken pieces.

Pour in the fat sour cream and mix thoroughly. Heat over low heat. Stir occasionally. This versatile dish can be served with any side dish.

Slice one garlic clove into thin slices. Place it in a skillet well greased with vegetable oil and fry until golden brown. Remove the garlic.

Cut the onion into half rings and fry lightly. Add flour and fry for another 1 - 2 minutes, stirring constantly so that there are no lumps. Cut the prunes into small pieces. As soon as the water with the breasts boils, add the onions and prunes to the saucepan. Simmer over low heat for about 15 minutes until tender. Serve savory stewed chicken breasts with prunes with potatoes.
