- 570 g wheat flour
- 60 g sugar
- 70 g butter (margarine),
- 2 eggs,
- 30 g of compressed yeast,
- 200 g water or milk
- 10 g salt

Step 1
Take 120 g of fresh milk or water and heat it to 40 ° C. Add the previously dissolved yeast to the milk. Please note that the yeast should not be dark in color. Sift flour and add 280g to milk. Stir until smooth. It turned out to be a dough.
Step 2
Dust the surface of the dough with flour and cover with a cloth. Place the pot in a warm place to ferment for about 2.5-3 hours. If the dough rises and cracks, the yeast is good. If not, you will have to knead a new dough with a different yeast.
Step 3
Dissolve the salt, sugar and beaten eggs in the remaining milk. Mix everything. Add this mixture to the dough after it has doubled. Add the remaining flour and knead the dough.
Step 4
At the end of kneading, pour the softened fat into the resulting dough. Knead the dough until smooth. Cover the dough with a cloth and leave to rise for another 2-3 hours.
Step 5
Pound the dough 2-3 times while lifting. This will remove excess carbon dioxide and oxygenate the dough. The dough becomes thicker when smacked.
