Zrazy from potatoes with liver is a dish with an interesting taste. It is not difficult to prepare zrazy, however, the taste of these potato cutlets with liver filling is simply fabulous.

Ingredients:

  • Beef liver - 500 g;
  • Large egg - 1 pc;
  • Young potatoes - 500 g;
  • Butter - 50 g;
  • Small onion (turnip) - 2 pcs;
  • Breadcrumbs - 2 tablespoons;
  • Salt and pepper to taste;
  • Sunflower oil.

Preparation:

  1. You need to start cooking at once by boiling potatoes. It must be washed and boiled, without removing the peel, in cold water, which should be slightly salted. As soon as the potatoes are cooked, remove them from the water, cool and peel them.
  2. After that, potatoes, which should be still warm, are processed in a meat grinder or chopped using a kitchen processor, blender. Add one large egg to the resulting minced potato. Stir the resulting puree, salt and sprinkle with pepper.
  3. The beef liver must be thoroughly washed and cut into small pieces. It is better to fry the beef liver in butter to make it more tender.
  4. Scroll the finished liver through a meat grinder (blender or kitchen processor).
  5. Prepare onions, peeling them off, chop finely and fry at low speed until they turn golden brown. Add ruddy onions to the minced liver and mix everything well. You can add your favorite seasonings to the minced liver.
  6. Small cakes should be made from minced potatoes. Spread the liver minced beef on top of the tortillas. Fill the edges of the stuffed cakes and form oblong, even zrazy.
  7. Dip the resulting cutlets in bread crumbs and fry in vegetable oil until golden brown on the crusts.
