Step 1
Stir the yeast in milk warmed to 30 degrees, add salt and sugar, melted butter, beaten eggs and flour. Knead yeast dough from these products, cover it with a towel, put it in a warm place. The increased dough should be kept in the refrigerator for about three hours, and then for about an hour at room temperature.
Step 2
From the finished dough, make a circle by rolling it with a rolling pin to a thickness of 5-7 mm. Indent 3 to 4 cm from the edge and lay out strips of thinly sliced salmon.
Step 3
Cover the salmon with the dough left over from the edge and pinch the seam tightly.
Step 4
On the resulting roll of dough and fish, cut 4 cm wide and rotate each piece 90 degrees so that the salmon is visible from above.
Step 5
Cut the fish that remains after cooking the edges of the salmon pie into small pieces and put in the middle. Place thin slices of tomatoes and peppers on top, salt, add spices, cover with slices of mozzarella.
Step 6
The dough should leave for 30 minutes and then you can start baking. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake the salmon pie for about half an hour until golden brown. 10 minutes before cooking, the dough can be greased with egg yolk.
