Crunchy cheese waffle sandwiches are a great breakfast solution. They can also be prepared as a snack.

- - lettuce leaves,
- - ½ glass of mayonnaise,
- - 1/3 cup butter soft
- - ½ cup flour,
- - a whisper of ground black pepper,
- - 2 tsp baking powder for dough,
- - 1 tbsp. Sahara,
- - ½ tsp baking soda,
- - ½ tsp salt,
- - 100 g of hard cheese,
- - 2 tomatoes,
- - 2 eggs.
Instructions
Step 1
First you need to mix the sifted flour, baking powder, baking soda, sugar, pepper and salt. Eggs must be broken into a separate bowl.
Step 2
Add kefir and ghee there. Mix everything thoroughly and add to dry ingredients. Stir again to combine the ingredients, but if lumps form in the dough, do not stir. Next, add the grated cheese.
Step 3
Prepare waffles according to the instructions of the waffle iron. Put the finished waffles on a wire rack and chill.
Step 4
Cut the tomatoes into slices, wash the lettuce leaves. The oven should be heated to 190 degrees. Cover a baking sheet with foil and put the bacon on it in one layer. You need to cook it for 15-17 minutes, then put it on paper towels to drain excess fat.
Step 5
For the sauce, you need to mix the mustard with mayonnaise, salt and pepper to taste.
Step 6
Waffles must be anointed with sauce, put tomatoes, lettuce and bacon on top in random order. Cover with waffles and enjoy the taste.
