Mexican food lovers can prepare quirky chili toast to invigorate in the morning and energize for the whole day. By the way, this dish can also be used as an appetizer for a glass of good wine!
It is necessary
- - 2 slices of coarse bread;
- - 2 chili peppers (green and red);
- - 40 gr. grated cheese;
- - 2 teaspoons of butter (1 for bread and one for frying);
- - a few pieces of crispy chips (you can use nachos);
- - a spoon with a slide of curd cheese.
Instructions
Step 1
In a preheated skillet, fry the peppers, cut in half, for 8 minutes to soften.

Grind the chips in a mortar (literally 4-5 pieces).
Step 3
Grease one piece of bread with butter, sprinkle with half of the grated cheese and spread the peppers.
Step 4
Sprinkle the peppers with chopped chips and sprinkle with the cheese again.
Step 5
The second slice of bread is smeared with curd cheese.
Step 6
Fry the finished sandwich in butter for 2-3 minutes on each side.

Serve hot as breakfast (morning) or wine snack (lunch or evening).
