- • Canned squid - 250 g;
- • Sea cabbage - 300 g;
- • Rice - 100 g;
- • Onion-turnip - 80 g;
- • Sticks (meat) of crabs - 100 g;
- • Boiled shrimps - 200 g;
- • Crayfish necks in their own juice - 100 g;
- • Medium-sized orange - 1 piece;
- • Chicken egg - 5 pcs;
- • Arugula salad - 250 g;
- • Natural yogurt without additives - 150 g;
- • Pitted olives - 40 g;
- • Chopped dill greens - 10 g;
- • Seasonings, pepper and salt - to taste;
Instructions
Step 1
Boil rice in salt water and cool it. Transfer to a bowl where the salad will be collected. Chop the seaweed and add to a bowl.
Step 2
Drain the brine from the squid jar. Wash and chop finely. Transfer to a salad bowl. Peel off the shell from pre-boiled shrimp and add to the salad.
Step 3
Wash the arugula, tear a little with your hands and put in a salad bowl. Peel off the husks from the onions. Wash it and cut into thin, almost transparent half rings.
Step 4
Finely chop the crab sticks (meat) and add to the salad. Drain the juice from the jar with crayfish necks, and transfer the necks themselves to the salad. Peel the eggs and chop with a fork, crushing them. Place in a bowl with the going salad.
Step 5
Stir the salad and season with yogurt. Season, salt and pepper. Stir the salad again.
Step 6
From a fresh orange, after washing it, squeeze the juice using a citrus juicer, you can electrically. Pour into salad and stir again.
Step 7
Transfer the salad to a beautiful deep salad bowl, in which it should be served and sprinkled with fresh chopped dill. Arrange the olives in random order on top of the salad.
Salad can also be prepared during fasting. But in this case, the eggs and yogurt should be removed from the recipe. This salad should be seasoned with vegetable oil.
