Just tea biscuits are boring. Get creative and make a toffee cream brownie. Moreover, the birthday of your child is ahead and the sweet tooth will gather at the festive table.
It is necessary
- -300 g cookies;
- -200 g butter;
- -100 g of walnuts;
- -400 g of condensed milk;
- -2 tbsp. spoons of honey;
- -2 tbsp. spoons of sour cream;
- -200 ml cream;
- -200 g of chocolate;
- -1 tbsp. a spoonful of brandy;
- -1 lemon.
Instructions
Step 1
Grind cookies, add butter, nuts. Mix everything well and lay out in an even layer on the bottom of the mold. Put in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes.
Step 2
Cooking toffee cream: pour condensed milk into a small saucepan, add butter and honey. Put on low heat and cook for 25-30 minutes, stirring constantly, until the mass thickens and acquires a golden hue.
Step 3
Remove from heat, add sour cream, juice and lemon zest.
Step 4
Pour the toffee layer over the cookie layer and return to the refrigerator until the toffee is completely cool.
Step 5
Heat the cream in a water bath, add chopped chocolate and butter, mix everything well until a homogeneous, shiny chocolate mass is obtained. Add cognac.
Step 6
Let the chocolate cream cool slightly and pour over the toffee layer. Sprinkle nuts on top and refrigerate for 8 hours.
Step 7
After 8 hours, remove the cake from the refrigerator and cut into squares.
