  • - a small bunch of fresh mint;

Instructions

Step 1

Slice each zucchini lengthwise into 8 thin slices. Heat a grill pan over high heat, drizzle a little olive oil over it. Put the prepared zucchini in a pan in several steps, fry for 2-3 minutes.

When the zucchini is soft and wrinkled, turn them over, fry on the other side until the same state. In general, zucchinis are fried quickly, so do not go far from the kitchen - make sure they are ready, otherwise they may burn.

Rinse a bunch of fresh peppermint, shake off excess moisture, or rather dry on paper towels. After that, chop it, you can cut it with a sharp knife, and if you are a lover of mint, then just tear it into leaves. Rinse the limes. Cut each lime in half.

Put the zucchini on plates, pepper to taste, sprinkle with chopped mint, squeeze the juice from the lime halves on top of the dish. Do not spare the lime juice and do not be afraid - it will not spoil the taste of the finished snack.
