It is necessary
- - milk of normal fat content - 250 milliliters;
- - sugar - 50 grams;
- - one egg;
- - two egg yolks;
- - one vanilla pod;
- - butter.
- For caramel you will need:
- - hot water - 100 milliliters;
- - sugar - 100 grams.
Instructions
Step 1
Bring the vanilla pulp milk to a boil. Let it brew for ten minutes.
Step 2
Caramelize sugar over medium heat in a saucepan with a fairly thick bottom, pour in hot water, dissolve caramel in it, simmer over moderate heat until syrup.
Step 3
Mix the yolks and egg with sugar (no whipping required!), Pour in the hot milk in a thin stream, stirring occasionally.
Step 4
Grease fireproof molds with butter. Spread the caramel over them, then the egg-milk mixture. Cover the tins with foil, place them in a deep baking sheet, which must be filled with boiling water to the middle of the tins. Place the baking sheet in the oven for forty minutes. Cook at 150 degrees.
Step 5
Remove the molds from the water, cool, chill in the refrigerator. Run the tip of a knife along the edges of the molds, tip the contents onto a plate. Dessert "Cream Caramel" is ready to serve!
