The potato salad is very original. It can be served to guests at a holiday or party. The salad is hearty and delicious.
It is necessary
- - potatoes 500 g;
- - chicken fillet 150 g;
- - onions 100 g;
- - Bulgarian pepper 2 pcs.;
- - quail egg 10-12 pcs.;
- - sour cream for dressing;
- - ground black pepper;
- - vegetable oil;
- - parsley and dill;
- - salt to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Wash the chicken fillet, boil until tender, then cut into small cubes. Peel the onion, chop it, cover with hot water for 5-7 minutes, then rinse in cold water. Peel the bell pepper from seeds and stalks, wash, cut into small pieces. Rinse greens under running water, dry, chop finely.
Step 2
Combine chicken, bell peppers, onions and herbs. Season with sour cream, salt and pepper to taste. Mix thoroughly.
Step 3
Peel potatoes, grate for Korean carrots, rinse thoroughly and squeeze. Can also be cut into small strips.
Step 4
Heat the oil in a deep skillet. Fry the potatoes in small portions until each straw is crispy. Spread the finished potatoes on paper towels to remove excess grease. Season with salt after the potatoes are done.
Step 5
Put the chicken fillet salad on a plate, spread the potatoes around. Decorate the salad with quail egg halves.
