Ingredients:

Preparation:

  1. Peel the potatoes, add water and boil on the stove until cooked. Willingness to check with a knife - the potatoes should slide off the knife easily. At the end of cooking, drain almost all the water, leaving one third.
  2. In a mixer, beat the cream with green peas. Pour boiled potatoes with water there, beat everything thoroughly with a mixer (or blender).

  5. Peel the chicken breast or thighs from the skin, remove the bones. You should get 300-400 grams of chicken fillet.
  6. Pour a drop of oil into the pan, fry the chicken fillet until golden brown.
  7. A dish can be considered vegetarian if you exclude chicken from it.
  8. To serve the finished dish, mashed potatoes are poured into a plate, and a couple of tablespoons of fried chicken fillet are laid out on top.
