It is necessary
- For one large serving:
- - 150 g spaghetti;
- - 1 boneless chicken thigh;
- - 1 orange;
- - 2 tbsp. soy sauce;
- - 1 tbsp. olive oil;
- - 2 cloves of garlic;
- - 1 tbsp. pesto sauce;
- - freshly ground black pepper and sea salt to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Squeeze the juice from the orange and mix in a small bowl with the soy sauce. Grate 1 clove of garlic there and stir thoroughly.
Step 2
Heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a thick-walled skillet. Finely chop the garlic. Cut the chicken thigh small and fry in hot oil with garlic until light crust.
Step 3
Pour the orange juice, soy sauce and garlic mixture into the pan and cook until the poultry is tender. Then remove the chicken sauce from the stove and add the pesto. Stir, taste and taste with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Boil spaghetti in salted water for a couple of minutes less than indicated on the package. Place the pasta on a sieve and put in a pan with hot sauce and keep stirring over medium heat for another 2 - 3 minutes. Serve the finished pasta immediately.
