Fried shrimps and a very interesting sauce give this wonderful salad an unusual taste. Easy and quick to prepare, the salad perfectly combines the most valuable, vitamin-rich and nutritious foods at the same time.
It is necessary
- - 500 g of iceberg lettuce;
- - 400 g of tomatoes;
- - 520 g of king prawns;
- - 5 tbsp. olive oil;
- - 230 g of hard cheese;
- - 1 tbsp. Sahara;
- - 60 g of walnuts;
- - 1, 5 tbsp. sweet bavarian mustard;
- - 5 cloves of garlic;
- - salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Grind lettuce leaves by hand. Finely chop the tomatoes and mix with lettuce.
Step 2
Thaw the king prawns, peel and cut in half. Heat olive oil in a frying pan, fry the shrimps on it, then add chopped garlic to them, mix and fry for another 1 minute.
Step 3
Cool the shrimps, grate the cheese on a fine grater, chop the walnuts.
Step 4
Prepare a sauce with sweet Bavarian mustard, lemon juice, sugar and olive oil.
Step 5
Add cooled shrimps to the lettuce, sprinkle with grated cheese, walnuts on top and season with sauce.
