Kharcho soup is a favorite food of many people. This thick, rich dish simply cannot but please. How to make rice soup yourself? There is a very simple recipe.
It is necessary

- - tomatoes (2-3 pieces) or tomato paste,

Step 1
The base of the delicious Kharcho soup is rich meat broth. Its preparation should be taken especially carefully. You can take any meat (pork or beef), the main thing is fresh. It is better that it is a tenderloin. Cook the meat in a saucepan with enough water for 1 to 2 hours. Then take out the meat and cut it into small pieces. Dip them back into the broth. Add bay leaves.
Step 2
Take rice and rinse it under running water. Place in a saucepan and simmer over medium heat for about 15 minutes.
Step 3
In the meantime, get busy making the rice fry for Kharcho. Peel and finely chop the onions. Do the same with the bell pepper. Place vegetables in a hot skillet and toss. You need to fry for at least 5 minutes. Finally add tomato paste or chopped tomatoes (without peel). Put the prepared vegetable mixture in a saucepan and cook over low heat for another 10 minutes.
Step 4
Add spices - tkemali, hop-suneli, red pepper. Season with salt to taste. The "Kharcho" soup with rice according to a simple recipe is almost ready. It remains only to add chopped greens and serve.
