Here is a light lentil salad with spinach. It prepares unusually quickly, and there are a lot of benefits from it. The salad will be an excellent decoration for any table.

- - 2 cooking bags of lentils;
- - 150 g spinach;
- - 4 cloves of garlic;
- - 2 teaspoons of balsamic vinegar;
- - salt;
- - ground black pepper.
Instructions
Step 1
Let's start with lentils. If there are any spoiled grains, remove them. Rinse the remaining cereals well and boil as indicated in the instructions. Boil the lentils for 20 minutes.
Step 2
Wash the spinach and cut off the stems. You don't need to chop spinach. Place it in a skillet and fry until the spinach is tender. Then add the pre-chopped garlic. The resulting mixture should be fried for another minute, stirring the entire mixture.
Step 3
After the spinach and garlic are cooked, add the lentils that you have already boiled to this mixture, and mix everything thoroughly. Add some balsamic vinegar. Season with salt and pepper to taste, fry for another minute, stirring constantly. Salad ready. It should be served warm.
