How to cook samosas

Put a glass of flour, salt and water in a bowl. Stir and bring the dough to a smooth consistency. Add vegetable oil. Next, add the remaining 3 cups of flour.

Knead the dough until smooth. It should turn out to be not very cool, elastic. Wrap the dough in plastic and rest for 30-40 minutes.

Cut the apples and orange into small cubes along with the peel. Put the pan on the fire, add a couple of tablespoons of vegetable oil and fry the spices. Add fruit and sugar.

Simmer the filling until the sugar dissolves and the liquid evaporates. Then add candied fruits and raisins. Cool the filling.

Roll out the dough in the form of a sausage, cut into identical cakes and roll them out in the form of an oval. Then cut the cake in half and make an envelope (bag). Place the filling and close with a pigtail.
