Wild rice in coconut sauce is a vegetarian food. The dish is prepared in just one hour.
It is necessary
- For two servings:
- - wild rice - 1 glass;
- - one lime;
- - two tomatoes;
- - coconut milk - 400 ml;
- - a piece of fresh ginger;
- - olive oil, sea salt - to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the wild rice in cold water, place in boiling water, cook for 40 minutes.
Step 2
Peel a piece of ginger, cut the tomatoes. Combine with coconut milk and lime juice in a blender. The result is coconut sauce.
Step 3
Put the cooked rice in a hot skillet, add olive oil.
Step 4
Pour the sauce over the rice, salt, simmer over low heat for 15 minutes. The wild rice gradually absorbs the aromatic sauce and opens up even more. Bon Appetit!
