- - gelatin granules - 1 tbsp;
- - water for dissolving gelatin - 50 ml;
- - milk - 200 ml;
- - heavy cream - 200 ml;
- - low-fat sour cream - 200 ml;
- - honey - 60 ml;
- - dark chocolate - 225 g.

Step 1
Soak the gelatin according to the instructions - mine should just have been placed in cold water for 10 minutes. At this time, over medium heat, bring honey, milk, cream to an almost boil and immediately remove from heat.
Step 2
Add chopped chocolate into a saucepan and stir until smooth. Add gelatin, stir the mass until it is completely dissolved.
Step 3
