Step 1

The yeast must be diluted in warm water, add granulated sugar, stir and leave for 20 minutes. Sift flour through a sieve, pour into a deep bowl and add yeast mass. Add oil, salt and knead the dough. Don't put all the flour in a bowl at once. It is better to first pour out half, and then add as needed.
