Sweets made from persimmon and dates are primarily surprised by the fact that heat treatment is not used at all in their preparation. They are raw food, which means they are as healthy as possible. This juicy and tasty delicacy is perfect for treating children, as a very sincere gift and it will perfectly decorate any festive table. It only takes 30 minutes to prepare the sweets.
It is necessary
- - persimmon (1/4 cup);
- - soft dates (4 pcs.);
- Oatmeal (1/2 cup)
- - cinnamon (1 tsp);
- - sugar syrup (2 tablespoons);
- - almond flour (2 tablespoons);
- - coconut flakes (2 tablespoons).
Instructions
Step 1
Wash and peel the persimmons. Dip 3/4 of its amount in a blender and chop until smooth. Finely chop the rest of the persimmon - you will add it to the dough a little later.
Step 2
Place the pitted dates in a blender with puréed persimmons and chop everything to a not very liquid consistency. After all, it will be very tasty to feel small pieces of dates in sweets.
Step 3
Pour the puree into a cup and mix with the cinnamon and sugar syrup. Wipe down a blender and grind the oatmeal vigorously. Add the resulting oatmeal and the persimmon pieces you left in the puree. Stir the mixture thoroughly to a dough consistency.
Step 4
Place the almond flour in one separate bowl and the coconut flakes in the other bowl. Now form the dough into small balls (about 1 teaspoon of dough per ball). Then roll the candy in either almond flour or coconut. To help the coconut stick to the candy better, moisten the ball with a couple of drops of water. Refrigerate the resulting treat for an hour.
