This muffin with a rich cheese flavor can be used as a lunch outdoors in summer, and as an addition to a rich soup in winter!
It is necessary
- - 1.25 cups flour;
- - 2, 5 tsp baking powder;
- - 3 large eggs;
- - 250 g sun-dried tomatoes;
- - 75 ml of sun-dried tomato oil;
- - 120 g low-fat sour cream;
- - 1, 25 tsp Sahara;
- - 190 g of Cheddar cheese;
- - 125 g feta cheese;
- - 2, 5 tbsp. dried basil;
- - pepper to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Prepare the oven and mold: heat the first to 200 degrees, and grease the second with melted butter and lightly sprinkle with semolina or flour.
Step 2
Sift the flour into a large bowl with baking powder, salt and pepper. Crumble the cheese or grate it on a fine grater.
Step 3
Combine sour cream with a mixer with eggs at medium speed until smooth. Then add oil from the sun-dried tomatoes (can be replaced with oil with spices) and mix again. Add flour, then turn off the mixer and, using a spatula, stir in the cheese and tomatoes.
Step 4
Place the dough in a mold, flatten the top with a wet spatula. Send to the middle of the oven for about 40-50 minutes. Remove and cool completely, and then put in the refrigerator: this will make the cake tastier.
