  • 3 cups fish broth or water

  • 340 grams of potatoes,
  • 1 leek
  • low-fat cream - 0.75 cups,
  • 3 tbsp. tablespoons of olive oil
  • some salt
  • a little dill,
  • 1 tbsp. a spoonful of potato starch,
  • some black pepper.

Step 1

We wash the fish well, clean it, cut it into two fillets. For the soup, we need a tail, which we cut into small pieces. We remove the fillet, you can cook another dish from it (for example, bake with vegetables).

Step 2

In a saucepan with cold water or fish broth (depending on what we are going to cook), put the fins, ridge and tail. Put on medium heat, after boiling, put a peeled onion (you can cut it in half), lavrushka and black peppercorns in a saucepan, cook for 25 minutes. Strain the finished broth. We take out the fish (meat) and leave it aside. If the soup is boiled in water, then 20 minutes after boiling, you need to add a small piece of butter to the pan. Boil for five minutes and remove from heat.

We wash the leeks, cut them into rings, fry for two minutes in olive or vegetable oil.

We dilute the starch in a small amount of water.

Put potatoes, fried leeks in strained fish broth, season with salt and pepper. We set to cook until the potatoes are ready. As soon as the potatoes are ready, add the boiled fish to the soup, cook for 5 minutes. Then add cream and starch to the soup, mix and after boiling, remove from heat. After 15 minutes, pour the soup into bowls, decorate with dill and serve.
