We will need:

  • boiled veal tongue;
  • celery root, tomato, beetroot;
  • green salad, mayonnaise, salt.
  1. Rinse and cut fresh celery into small cubes. Then simmer it in water, lightly salting it.
  2. Boil the beets in advance, cool, peel, cut into rather thin circles. Cut the finished veal tongue into small cubes, and chop the lettuce with a sharp knife.
  3. Pour boiling water over the tomato, remove the peel, and finely chop the pulp, mix with mayonnaise, salt to taste. Season all previously prepared foods with the resulting sauce.

It is better to serve the salad to the table, letting it brew a little in the refrigerator. Although you can immediately serve it, it is not recommended to store it with mayonnaise for a long time.

Tongue salad with bell peppers

For the preparation of this salad, pickled bell peppers are taken, which goes well with boiled beef tongue. In general, the tongue is considered a delicious product, therefore, salads from it are not only hearty and tasty, but also festive!

We will need:

  • boiled beef tongue;
  • three sweet peppers;
  • half a can of green peas;
  • parsley, cream, mayonnaise.
  1. Cut the bell peppers into strips. The boiled tongue is cut in a similar way. Place these two ingredients in small portioned bowls.
  2. Add some canned peas to each bowl. Rinse the parsley, chop finely with a sharp knife.
  3. Pour the contents of each vase with mayonnaise, after mixing it with cream to taste. Sprinkle with chopped parsley on top.

Before serving, it is advisable to cool a little ready-made salad - fifteen minutes in the refrigerator is enough.

Tongue salad with cabbage

A delicious salad is made from beef tongue. Cabbage adds benefits to the salad, green peas - brightness. At the same time, the salad turns out to be quite satisfying due to the main ingredient - the tongue, as well as thanks to the eggs.

We will need:

  • boiled beef tongue;
  • some white cabbage;
  • three eggs;
  • cucumber;
  • green peas, lettuce, mayonnaise, any herbs and spices.
  1. Chop the cabbage thinly enough, then immediately grind it with salt to form juice. Squeeze the cabbage.
  2. Boil the eggs in advance, cut them together with the beef tongue into not very large cubes.
  3. Mix all prepared foods together, season with a little mayonnaise. Next, put in a pea on a lettuce, garnish with canned peas on top.

In addition, decorate the finished salad with fresh sprigs of dill or parsley.

Puff tongue salad with cheese

Beef tongue is a delicacy from which it is so easy to make a delicious and satisfying salad! With cheese, the salad turns out to be more tender and interesting in taste - it will ideally fit into the festive menu.

We will need:

  • boiled beef tongue;
  • a piece of hard cheese;
  • five eggs;
  • three potatoes;
  • two onions;
  • mayonnaise, vinegar, oil (it is better to take vegetable oil), parsley, salt.
  1. Peel the onions, cut into rings. Mix the oil with table vinegar, pour this mixture on the onion for half an hour, and then immediately rinse it, dry it on a paper towel.
  2. Boil potatoes with eggs, peel, rub using a coarse grater. And cut the finished beef tongue into thin strips. Rub the cheese too.
  3. Put all the prepared ingredients in layers in a salad bowl: potatoes, tongue, onions, eggs. The cheese should be the finishing layer. At the same time, coat each layer with mayonnaise, sprinkle with chopped parsley.

It is advisable to serve flaky salad after it has been infused in the refrigerator for half an hour, or better for a whole hour.

Chicken tongue salad

Pork tongue and chicken are a great combination for a salad that will satisfy your hunger perfectly! Feel free to serve such a salad to the festive table - guests and households will appreciate it.

We will need:

  • boiled pork tongue;
  • chicken breast;
  • a jar of salted or pickled mushrooms;
  • sour cream, parsley, salt.
  1. Boil the chicken, adding some salt to the cooking water. Cool it down. Boil the tongue in advance and cut it into strips along with the chicken.
  2. You can take any mushrooms, if they are large - cut into strips, and leave a few pieces to decorate the finished salad.
  3. Mix prepared foods together, season with sour cream, salt. Transfer to a nice salad bowl.

Serve the salad on the table, decorate with whole mushrooms, do not forget to sprinkle with chopped parsley, of course, you can take any other garden herbs.
