Cookies according to this recipe are tender, airy, with a thin crispy crust. With just four ingredients, the dough is quick and easy to prepare. The sweet taste is accentuated by the nutty aroma and the mouth-watering nut piece on each cookie.
It is necessary
- - nuts - 1, 5 cups;
- - sugar - 200 g;
- - flour - 2, 5 tablespoons;
- - eggs - 3 pcs.
Instructions
Step 1
Grind the nuts into small crumbs. For this cookie, walnuts or whatever you like will do. Some of the nuts do not need to be chopped - they will be used for decorating cookies.
Step 2
We wash the eggs well, then carefully separate the yolks from the whites. We make sure that the whites do not have an admixture of yolks.
Step 3
Grind the yolks with 100 grams of granulated sugar. Beat a little - no foam is needed, the appearance of a light yellow tint is enough. Mix the yolks with chopped nuts.
Step 4
Beat the whites until firm foam using a whisk or mixer. In the process, gradually add the rest of the sugar (100 g).
Step 5
Pour the yolks into the protein mass and mix gently. Sift two and a half tablespoons of flour. Gradually pour the flour into the egg mixture, stirring gently from top to bottom. You should get a homogeneous mass.
Step 6
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Line the baking sheet with parchment paper. We take a teaspoon and lay out small neat dough circles. On top of each circle we decorate with a piece of nut.
Step 7
We bake cookies in a preheated oven for 10 to 25 minutes - depending on the peculiarities of heating your oven. The cookie should take on a light golden hue. Sprinkle the finished nut cookies with icing sugar.
