- - cream 300 ml;

Step 1
Separate the whites from the yolks. Beat the whites until a thick foam. Add sugar without stopping whisking, add 1 yolk at a time. Sift flour with baking powder, add to eggs, then pour in vegetable oil. Cover a baking dish with parchment, put the dough on it. Bake for 30-35 minutes at 180 degrees.
Step 2
Wash the strawberries, remove the stalks. Whisk with sugar using a blender. Prepare gelatin according to the instructions, mix with strawberries. Whisk the cream well. Pair with strawberry mousse.
Step 3
Put the mousse on the cake. Cut the strawberries into halves for decoration, spread on top of the mousse. Prepare jelly according to the instructions. Pour it over the strawberries. Leave the cake for 2 hours in the refrigerator to set. Serve the pie, pre-cut into portions.
