It is necessary

  • - oatmeal 3/4 cup;
  • - 3/4 cup water;
  • - butter 115 g;
  • - sugar 1 glass;
  • - chicken egg 2 pcs.;
  • - vanillin 1 teaspoon;
  • - rum 1/2 tbsp. spoons;
  • - flour 1 glass;
  • - baking powder 1 teaspoon;
  • - 1/2 teaspoon salt;
  • - cinnamon 2 teaspoons;
  • - apples 2 pcs.;
  • - carrots 3 pcs.;
  • - rosemary 1 teaspoon;
  • For the cream:
  • - walnuts 3/4 cup;
  • - cheese cream 350 g;
  • - powdered sugar 3/4 cup;
  • - rum 1 teaspoon.

Instructions

Step 1

Pour oatmeal with boiling water, cover, leave for 20 minutes. Use a mixer to beat the butter and sugar.

Step 2

Add the eggs to the butter, whisking until smooth. Add vanillin, rum, oatmeal. Mix thoroughly.

Step 3

Grate the carrots on a fine grater. Cut the apple into small cubes. Add to the dough, stir.

Step 4

Sift flour with baking powder and salt. Add gently to the dough, stirring with a wooden spatula.

Step 5

Divide the dough into 2 parts and bake in two identical tins for 40 minutes at 180 degrees.

Step 6

Whisk the cheese cream with powdered sugar and rum. Grease one cake with cream, sprinkle with ground walnuts. Place the second cake on top. Spread the cheese cream on top of the cake.
