A well-chosen recipe for making minced fish cutlets is a hundred percent victory over those who do not really like fish dishes. Salmon cutlets with cottage cheese, just that very interesting recipe.
It is necessary
- - salmon fillet - 500 g;
- - cottage cheese - 1 pack;
- - chicken egg - 1 pc.;
- - white bread - 3 pieces;
- - milk - 100-120 ml;
- - salt, pepper, nutmeg - to taste;
- - oatmeal - 1 glass;
- - vegetable oil - for frying.
Instructions
Step 1
Wash the salmon fillet, soak the bread in milk, squeeze out after a minute. Scroll fillet, cottage cheese and squeezed bread together.
Step 2
Break the egg into the resulting minced fish. Sprinkle with pepper, salt and nutmeg powder and mix thoroughly.
Step 3
Form cutlets with wet hands, then roll each of them in oatmeal and place in a hot skillet. Do not forget to preheat the vegetable oil in it.
Step 4
After frying the fish cakes on both sides, add a little water to them, no more than 50 ml. Leave the cutlets to simmer for 5-7 minutes over low heat, with a closed pan. Serve the finished dish with a light vegetable salad or any other side dish.
