If you want to diversify the menu for your household, cook pork cutlets with quail eggs. This filling will make the dish more satisfying and give it an unusual taste.
It is necessary
- - 500 g of pork;
- - 1 chicken egg;
- - 20 pcs. quail eggs;
- - 5 tbsp. l. vegetable oil;
- - 1 piece of white bread;
- - 1 onion;
- - 5 tbsp. l. flour;
- - salt;
- - 1 glass of milk or boiled water.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse 500g pork, chop into medium-sized chunks and chop in a meat grinder or food processor. Peel the onion, rinse and chop. Add it to the minced pork. Also send to him a chicken egg, previously softened in milk and squeezed out a piece of bread, a tablespoon of flour and salt.
Step 2
Grind the minced meat we have previously prepared in a food processor or through a meat grinder again. This is necessary so that our minced meat is homogeneous and very tender.
Step 3
Place the quail eggs in a saucepan and cover them with cold water. Add half a teaspoon of salt and heat. After the eggs have boiled, cook them for another 5 minutes. Drain all the hot water from the pan, and pour the remaining quail eggs in it with cold water. Once cool, clean. The best way to clean an egg is to put it on the table, apply pressure and, without reducing the force of pressure, roll it around the table. After that, it remains only to pull the cracked shell and it will all come off.
Step 4
Sprinkle flour (just a little) on a cutting board. Take the minced meat (a tablespoon) and place it on the board. Put a quail egg on top of the minced meat. Pinch the edges of the minced meat and form a ball, then roll in flour. This procedure must be done with all the minced meat.
Step 5
Take a frying pan and pour a couple of tablespoons of vegetable oil into it, heat and put the formed cutlets on the hot oil.
Step 6
Reduce the heat to medium and fry the patties on both sides until golden brown, and when you fry the other side of the patty, be sure to reduce the heat. Fry the cutlets until they are fully cooked.
