Step 1
Take 7-10 medium sized potatoes. Wash under running water, peel. If you take freshly harvested potatoes, then you can simply wash well and do not peel them. Cut the potatoes into medium-sized cubes until they are quickly fried and place in a separate container.

Next, take the meat (you can use chicken) and cut it into cubes too. Lightly fry the meat in a skillet with sunflower oil until lightly golden brown. Transfer to a container with potatoes.

Next, take another container, pour milk and cream into it. Season to taste. A little salt, ground black pepper and whatever else you want.

Take a baking sheet, brush with butter or vegetable oil. Transfer potatoes and meat to it. Pour the milk and cream mixture over the whole thing. Next, cover the baking sheet with foil for 30 minutes. Then remove it and leave the dish to fry for another 30 minutes.
Step 5
Before serving, grate the cheese and sprinkle on the dish, brush with sour cream and put in the oven for another 15 minutes so that the cheese becomes golden brown. Then chop the herbs and sprinkle on top.
