Red fish is a very healthy and nutritious food. Light cream cheese and cream make this simple dish delicious and tender. Baked salmon fillet with potatoes and spinach will be able to decorate a festive feast and diversify your everyday menu!

- -800 g salmon fillet
- 7-8 medium potatoes
- -1 red sweet onion
- -2 cloves of garlic
- -250 g spinach
- -250 ml cream, 20% fat
- -120 g cream cheese
- -30 g olive oil
- - juice of half a lemon
- - a mixture of spices "Italian herbs"
- -salt, pepper to taste
Instructions
Step 1
Peel the potatoes, wash and boil until half cooked, dry slightly.
Step 2
Finely chop the garlic and spinach. Spinach together with garlic and sauté in olive oil for one minute. If you are using frozen spinach, remove it from the freezer beforehand and thaw it.

Chop the onion into thin half rings.
Step 4
Stir the cream with cream cheese until smooth.
Step 5
Wash the salmon fillets and pat dry with paper towels. Rub the fish with salt, pepper and a mixture of Italian herbs. Squeeze the juice of half a lemon onto the fish fillet.
Step 6
Brush a baking dish with olive oil. Place prepared spinach potatoes on top of it. Salt and pepper if necessary.
Step 7
Top with salmon fillets and onions. Top with cream and cheese. Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes at 170-180 degrees.
