It is necessary
- - 600 g of fatty lamb;
- - 2 p. water;
- - salt and pepper to taste;
- - 5 onions;
- - 5 carrots;
- - 1 kg. potatoes;
- - 5 tomatoes;
- - 1 bunch of cilantro.
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the washed lamb into large enough pieces across the grain. Place the lamb in a saucepan over high heat. Once the meat has boiled, reduce heat and add salt and bay leaf. If foam forms, remove it with a slotted spoon.
Step 2
Cut the onion into rings. Wash the carrots, peel and cut into thin plastics. Cut the tomatoes into medium-thick plastics. Place the onions in the meat, and as soon as the water boils again, toss the carrots into the pot. Simmer for another hour and a half over low heat. It is not necessary to bring the meat to full readiness.
Step 3
Add the peeled potato tubers and then the tomatoes to the soup. Let the soup simmer for another 20 minutes. Serve hot and sprinkle chopped cilantro on top before serving.
