As a rule, cabbage rolls made from grape leaves or cabbage are made with meat filling. But if done with fish, they will turn out to be no less tasty. Such a dish does not require a lot of cooking time and turns out to be tender and aromatic.
It is necessary
- - white fish fillet 500 g;
- - meat broth 1, 5 l;
- - onions 2 pcs;
- - 40 grape leaves;
- - parsley, dill, spinach;
- - spices, pepper, salt.
- For the sauce
- - sour cream;
- - garlic 5 tooth.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse fish fillets thoroughly with cold water and pat dry with paper towels. Cut into small pieces. Peel the onions and cut into small pieces. Mix fish and onion, mince.
Step 2
Carefully sort the parsley, dill and spinach, wash and chop. Add all this to the minced fish, mix. Season with salt and pepper, add spices and mix again.
Step 3
Rinse the grape leaves well. Gently put them in a container, pour boiling water over for 5-7 minutes. Then put the leaves in a colander, let the water drain. Lay out each piece separately from each other.
Step 4
Form small sausages from minced meat and wrap them in grape leaves. Place in a heavy-bottomed saucepan, add broth and simmer until tender. In a separate container, mix sour cream with chopped garlic. Serve fish cabbage rolls with sour cream and garlic sauce.
