You can make a delicious, beautiful and original salad from avocado. In this case, the fruit will serve not only as the main ingredient, but also the dishes in which the salad will be served. And it is called "The Boat".

- 1 avocado
- 1 egg;
- 60-70 g shrimp;
- 1 small onion;
- a small bunch of parsley;
- a handful of pine nuts;
- 2 tbsp sour cream;
- 2 tsp mustard.
Instructions
Step 1
Boil the shrimp and egg.
Step 2
Peel the shrimp. To do this, first tear off the head of the shrimp, and then put your thumb on the abdomen, pushing the legs apart and separate the shell. Separate the black thread from the back.
Step 3
Carefully cut the avocado lengthwise around the pit. Turn the halves slightly relative to each other and separate them.
Step 4
With a chopping motion, stick the knife blade into the bone and slightly tilt your hand to either side - the bone will remain on the knife.

Slip a tablespoon between the avocado flesh and skin and twist it around the entire circumference of the fruit - the skin can easily separate from the flesh. But be careful not to damage the skin - it will still come in handy.
Step 6
Cut the avocado flesh into small cubes. Sprinkle the avocado slices with lemon juice. This is necessary so that they retain their pleasant light green color, and not become gray and inconspicuous.
Step 7
Peel and finely chop the egg. Chop the parsley and onion. Red onion will make the salad look more beautiful.
Step 8
Pour chopped avocado, egg, onion and parsley into a bowl, add a handful of pine nuts and most of the shrimp. Leave a few pieces to decorate the finished dish.
Step 9
Mix sour cream and mustard, add to the rest of the ingredients, salt to taste and stir.

Now fill the resulting mass into the avocado skins. Top with the remaining shrimp and parsley sprigs.
