  • - 4 eggs
  • - 400 g ice cream
  • - butter a tablespoon
  • - 300 g jam
  • - 2 tablespoons flour

Instructions

Step 1

Melt the margarine, add sour cream, water, soda, slaked with vinegar, salt, vegetable oil and flour to it. Knead the dough and divide it into 8 pieces.

Step 2

Roll out the dough, cut out the cakes and bake them at 200 degrees for about 15 minutes.

Step 3

For the cream, combine ice cream, eggs and flour, and bring to a boil in a water bath. When the cream has cooled, add the butter to it.

Step 4

Grease the first cake with cream, lay the next layer on it and spread with jam. Alternate between the cakes until you have collected the whole cake. The top layer should come out with the cream.
